Your Broadband problems sorted!

Shared Internet Access

You can use your Broadband Internet connection for just one computer, or for a much larger number of computers. To share an Internet connection you need a device called a router. Another big advantage of using a router is that you do not need to instruct your computer to bring up the connection to the Internet – for example dial–up ADSL with a modem. Just open Internet Explorer (or Safari on a Mac) and that is all you need to do. The router ensures that the Internet is always connected so that it is there when you need it.

Another advantage with a router is that it has an inbuilt firewall. This allows you to share printers, files and other resources among your computers.

Internet access can be shared either using a wired network or wired network. If you choose wireless we can extend the range as needed.

Neighbours Sharing

You can share your Internet connection with your neighbour to save costs, or for other reasons. We have helped people obtain Broadband connections when it has been otherwise impossible. Sometimes the telephone line is too long to support Broadband. In this case we can set up a wireless link to a neighbour – even up to 5 miles away to share an Internet connection.
